لقد اختار المكتب والمجلس الإداري مند توليه مهمة تدبير الجامعة الصيفية عنوانا لمشروعه وبرنامجه وهو “العمل على مأسسة الجامعة الصيفية اكادير”، كما تم ذلك من خلال:
مأسسة التدبير المالي:
– تشكيل لجنة خاصة بالمالية عقدت أكثر من 15 اجتماع ولقاء، حددت الإجراءات التدبيرية وفق القوانين والقواعد المعمول بها في التدبير المالي للجمعيات وأعملتها على امتداد ثلاثة سنوات.
– تسوية وتدارك الوضعية التدبيرية المالية للسنوات السابقة ومأسسة الوضعية الحالية مع الشركاء والمؤسسات، من خلال موافاة الشركاء بالتقارير الأدبية والمالية المحاسبتية للمشاريع المنجزة وصرف الدعم المقدم في إطار مشاريع محددة، وتقديم التصاريح وفق القوانين الخاصة بالتدبير المالي وصرف الدعم العمومي لكل من إدارة الضرائب والمجلس الجهوي للحسابات.

– تشكيل لجنة خاصة بالإعلام والارتقاء بالتواصل، عملت على إنشاء وتصميم البوابة الالكترونية للجامعة الصيفية بثلاثة لغات الأمازيغية والعربية والفرنسية، وصيانتها وتحيينها باستمرار، تتضمن جزء من أرشيف الجامعة وأعمال ندواتها الدولية وجل ندواتها وأنشطتها. وإنشاء صفحة رسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفايسبوك وقناة على اليوتيب، وتحيينها لتقدم كل أنشطة وأعمال ومنشورات الجامعة الصيفية، الحضورية والبعدية، وربطها بالبوابة الالكترونية. وتم العمل على تغطية كل أنشطة الجامعة الصيفية وندواتها وأيامها الدراسية في المنابر الإعلامية الوطنية المكتوبة والسمعية البصرية.
– تشكيل لجنة خاصة بالممتلكات والأرشيف، تمكنت من تجميع منشورات الجامعة الصيفية خاصة الكتب وأعمال الندوات الدولية التي نظمت على امتداد أكثر من 40 سنة، وجزء من أرشيفها.
– تشكيل لجنة خاصة بإعداد مشروع المنفعة العامة، درست وحددت المتطلبات القانونية والتدبيرية، وتواصل عملها لتحقيق ذلك مستقبلا.
